Question of the Week
|
Question
I want to take some photos of a property I own. Where can I find information about minimum safe altitudes for aircraft? |
Answer |
You can find this information in 14 CFR 91.119. Remember that regardless of the minimum altitudes listed, you're still required to fly at an altitude that allows an emergency landing to be made "without undue hazard to persons or property on the surface."
This question and answer were provided by AOPA's Pilot Information Center. Got a question for our technical services staff? Contact AOPA. |
