Top (and bottom) gun
Bristling with weaponry and distinctive for its mid-winged, twin-tailed configuration and twin 1,700-horsepower Wright Cyclone engines, the North American B–25 Mitchell bomber first flew in 1940, was produced by the thousands, earned a reputation as the world's most heavily armed aircraft, and served in all of World War II's theaters of operations, and well beyond. It could fly more than 3,000 miles and carry a useful load of almost 6,800 pounds. The airplane is named for Brig. Gen. Billy Mitchell, who advocated for military air power.

Question

I received my medical certificate a few days ago and think I made a mistake. Where it says "fold here" on the dashed vertical line, I cut instead and cut the certificate in half. What do I do now?
Answer
You should request a replacement medical certificate. Alteration of an airman certificate is prohibited according to 14 CFR 61.59, and unfortunately, you have altered your medical certificate. To request a replacement certificate, contact the FAA's Aerospace Medical Certification Division.
