Question of the Week
Question

I'm worried about people being able to track my flights online. Is there any way to prevent the FAA from releasing this information to the public?
Answer
Yes. You can have your aircraft data blocked from public release by contacting the FAA, as detailed in this AOPA online article. Two levels of blocking are available, and you can pick the right one for your needs.

This question and answer were provided by AOPA's Pilot Information Center. Got a question for our technical services staff? Contact AOPA.
