Plane Spotter
AOPA
'The Pink Plane'
Plane spotting doesn't get easier than this: a Beechcraft King Air 350i turboprop painted in a vivid pink-and-white scheme and the word "Up" appearing high on the vertical tail. The aircraft is owned by membership-based aviation company Wheels Up and was rolled out in October 2015 for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and a yearlong fundraising effort for the Dubin Breast Center at New York City's Mount Sinai Hospital. The airplane continues in service, one of several colorful Wheels Up airplanes that brighten the sky to "up" public awareness of philanthropic causes.
