Question of the Week
Question

My last flight review was in April 2017, and I passed the practical test for my instrument rating in September 2018. Did my flight review currency expire April 30, 2019?
Answer
No. Passing your instrument rating practical test reset the clock for your flight review, so it is current through Sept. 30, 2020 (see 14 CFR 61.56(d)(1)).
