Hertz gets two thumbs up from travelers

AOPA supporting sponsor Hertz received the No. 1 overall ranking in the J.D. Power 2019 North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study. The rental car company said that it received the highest marks for customer satisfaction; reservation, pick-up, and return processes; and cost and fees.

The study surveyed leisure and business travelers in North America.
