Aimed at graduates entering the workforce, professionals looking for a different challenge, or students planning their careers, the event offers immersive exhibits, career development, educational programming, opportunities for networking, and on-site recruiting. It is designed to bring aspiring and current aviation professionals together to meet and communicate. Attendees seeking aviation jobs will meet employers, industry leaders, and educators. Participants will learn about opportunities that aviation offers beyond work as a professional pilot. The convention-style exhibit hall at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix is designed as an interactive hiring and engagement environment and offers résumé reviews, interview preparation, career education, and on-site recruiting, creating opportunities for connection and mentorship.

AOPA created the event to strengthen and expand the aviation workforce. Individuals stand to discover current and future job opportunities at the AOPA Aviation Career Expo, and employers across the aviation industry will have an opportunity to fill jobs that can be challenging to hire for amid the current shortage of qualified professionals.

Registration is open, and admission is free for AOPA members and attendees age 20 and under. Nonmembers pay $89, which includes admission for both days, a one-year AOPA membership, and a hat.
