The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), the world's largest aviation organization, will hold a news conference on general aviation airport security on Tuesday, March 4, in Washington, D.C. AOPA will also unveil the details of its Airport Watch program, a partnership with the Transportation Security Administration to enlist the support of some 550,000 general aviation pilots to watch for and report suspicious activities that might have security implications.
