New airport association forms
Local pilots have formed the Danbury Airport Aviation Association to deal directly with political issues affecting the future of Danbury Municipal Airport. One of the hot topics is the removal of trees that are obstructing approaches. The group is working closely with AOPA Northeast Regional Representative Craig Dotlo.
