Shimmering sunrise photo wins July photo contest
AOPA members chose a shimmering sunrise photo of a floatplane in Alaska taken by AOPA member Brian Dary as the July photo of the month in the AOPA Pilot 2006 General Aviation Photography Contest. Check out this and all of the monthly contest winners on AOPA Online. The contest runs through August; submit your own general aviation photographs in one of five categories. Cash prizes totaling more than $7,700 will be awarded, including a grand prize of $1,750. See tips from AOPA's staff photographer.
