Remember the freedom and the sheer excitement of being up in the air for the first time? AOPA Project Pilot First Flight Certificates can help you share the thrill of flying with someone you know.
Take Mentor Bob Burns of Madison, Alabama, for example. After giving his neighbors their first flight, he printed a full-color Project Pilot certificate to help them remember that special moment - not that he thinks their memory of the event will fade any time soon. "Everyone was smiling," Burns told AOPA. "It was a successful first flight for everyone."
When you sign up to mentor a student and enter the date of the student's first fight into Milestone No. 1, you'll be prompted to print a certificate that you can personalize. But if those you take up for the first time aren't quite ready to sign up for Project Pilot, you can still print a certificate for them online.
