With the firewall forward installation finished up, it's time to run the Lycoming O-360 engine for the first time on the 1977 Cessna Cardinal that we're refurbishing for this year's sweepstakes. Even though the engine has been run at the factory following the overhaul, this is the first test on the airframe, and there are specific steps to follow in order to prepare for the first crank.
