AOPA petition against user fees tops 50,000 signatures
No user fees, period.
AOPA members are making that message clear by signing AOPA's petition against user fees. So far, AOPA has collected more than 30,000 signatures in its online version of the petition. Another 25,000 signatures adorn petitions that AOPA hung at Sun 'n Fun in Lakeland, Florida, in April and at AOPA's Fly-In and Open House in Frederick, Maryland, in June.
AOPA is using the petition to remind Congress that pilots agree there is no place for user fees in our air transportation system. Have you added your signature? The petitions will be available for you to sign in person at Oshkosh in July, or you can sign our online petition today.
