Find your way to AOPA Expo 2008

Dionne Warwick may have worried about finding her way back to San Jose, but if you can find your way to San Jose this November, AOPA Expo 2008 will be waiting for you.

We've been telling you about AOPA Expo, the annual three-day gathering of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, in the pages of this magazine, in the AOPA ePilot newsletter, and on AOPA Online. Now's your last chance to make your travel plans.

AOPA Expo 2008 will be held November 6 through 8 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Expo is your opportunity to view the latest general aviation aircraft, browse more than 550 exhibits, attend more than 60 hours of seminars, and talk with fellow pilots, aircraft owners, and industry leaders.

Each year we provide a lineup of educational seminars that is second to none. This year AOPA Flight Training columnist Rod Machado will talk about single-pilot flying strategies and entertain you with his unique brand of aviation humor. Get the inside scoop on flying careers with "Career Pilot" columnist Wayne Phillips. Learn the nuances of takeoffs and landings from AOPA Air Safety Foundation Chief Flight Instructor Jonathan J. Greenway. And that's just a small part of the program. Go online to experience Expo through student pilots' eyes.

Explore more than 60 aircraft at the static display located at the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport--free shuttle service will be provided between the convention center and the airport.

Brand-new this year is the "Let's Go Flying!" session. You're encouraged to bring a friend, colleague, or a neighbor who might be interested in learning to fly. Prospective pilots will get lots of information about learning to fly, and they can ask a flight instructor questions about how to get started.

Don't lose your way to San Jose. Go to AOPA Online to register or get more information.

Experience AOPA Expo through student pilots' eyes.
