Dassault's New E-forums

Dassault Falcon Jet has begun what it calls a series of E–forums designed to improve communications between the company and its operators and pilots. These forums are conducted via internet. In the first session, 32 Falcon 7X operators from the United States, France, Mexico, Brazil, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom participated. The seminars last about an hour and center on a specific topic or airplane model series.

“Our customers demand and deserve these innovative tools to help ensure that their Falcons are always ready to go so they can stay ahead of the competition,” said Frank Youngkin, Dassault’s western hemisphere vice president of customer service.

Participation in an E–forum simply requires a computer with an internet connection, a Microsoft Live Meeting, and a telephone to listen to the audio portion of the presentation.
