“The 170 came along and I really enjoy it now. Now there’s a sense of pride for having learned to fly in a tailwheel. Here I am learning in a tailwheel and so many people avoid it. I started to feel like a pilot when I no longer feared wheel landings. In control of the airplane at all times! At least, that is the idea.”
