Pilots may sign up through July 21 for a chance to win a three-day backcountry flying adventure or a seaplane rating in Hartzell Propeller's Top Prop Trailblazer Sweepstakes. The winner will be selected in a random drawing at EAA AirVenture July 22.

Entrants must be U.S. pilots age 21 or older with a current medical. Pilots may enter online or in person at Hartzell’s exhibit at the Oshkosh, Wisconsin, show July 20 and 21.

The winner may choose between an all-expense-paid backcountry flying trip for two, courtesy of the Recreational Aviation Foundation, and an all-expense-paid seaplane flying trip for two, including a seaplane rating, courtesy of the Seaplane Pilots Association. The adventurous prizes are meant to celebrate Hartzell’s Trailblazer composite propeller, a swept-tip carbon-fiber propeller designed to improve takeoff acceleration and climb speed, particularly useful in backcountry and bush environments.

Find Hartzell at Booth 296 at EAA AirVenture, and find further details online. One need not be present to win.
