AOPA working for you in the Northwest Mountain region

AOPA advocates for pilots across the country, including recent efforts in the Northwest Mountain region.

AOPA Regional Manager Warren Hendrickson is set to take part in the Wyoming Airport Operators Association Conference in Cheyenne Sept.14 through 16. He will be delivering an update on AOPA programs and advocacy efforts in the region and nationwide. Later in the month Hendrickson will deliver a similar update as part of the Utah Airport Operators Association Conference, Sept. 21 through 23. Hendrickson is also playing a role in the Washington Aviation System Plan Update, where he’ll represent the needs of GA operators as stakeholders develop a road map for the state’s aviation future. Also in Washington, AOPA recently took part in the Tacoma Narrows Airport Wings & Wheels event and is working with the Washington State Department of Aviation to create a passport program to enhance GA flying statewide.
