Tailwheel endorsement today! I did most of my training in a Scout and a lovely Cessna 170 with bits of Cessna Skywagon, a 1950 de Havilland Chipmunk, and a gorgeous 1927 Waco in between. The past few years, I couldn’t decide: single-engine seaplane or tailwheel first? Last year was the SES and today I completed the tailwheel. No matter what, we always have something to learn and to understand to never quit “flying” until you’re parked in the hangar or at the dock. Exciting day and can’t wait to use my scholarship from the Vicki Cruse Memorial Scholarship through The Ninety-Nines Amelia Earhart Memorial fund. It involves more in-depth upset training and intro into aerobatics fun!
