ForeFlight is a leader in EFB apps for the iPad. Here are two ways to get METARs and TAFs on the app.

Maps page
Most pilots seem to focus on the Maps page, and a lot of functions are available here. To find METARs and TAFs on the map page:

  1. Tap on the Maps page icon along the bottom black bar.
  2. Tap on the airport you want to view.
  3. In the information box, tap either METAR or Forecast to get the applicable weather.

  2. Search for the airport in question in the upper right.
