Staff who developed AOPA Flight Training Advantage, our newest member benefit, took time out from onboarding schools and students to offer these tips for student, CFIs, and flight schools.
For students:

Ever get frustrated with trying to recall how to do maneuvers when you really should be focusing on what is actually happening in the aircraft? Practice procedures at home with AFTA. In the student portal, you can review maneuvers with step-by-step instructions that take you from start to finish.

The student portal lets you see what your instructor has planned for your next lesson and assigns the relevant prep work to help you understand the material before you head to the airport.
