Get a behind-the-scenes look at how AOPA puts on our events by working side by side with our team as a volunteer. Join other pilots and aviation enthusiasts serving in either airside or show-side roles: marshalling and parking aircraft, greeting attendees, helping with event set-up or clean-up, and assisting exhibitors. We wouldn’t be able to pull off these events without your help, and we’ll be sure to reward you for your efforts. Registering as a volunteer is part of the event registration process. The event caters to those looking to buy or learn more about new products and services available within the general aviation market. The event is focused exclusively on exhibits, displays, and educational content related to aircraft ownership and operations. It is smaller and more intimate than a fly-in, allowing for greater interaction and up-close engagement with the products, services, and equipment available to serious aviators.

Join us at Fort Worth Alliance Airport (AFW) in Fort Worth, Texas, on November 17 and 18 for an exclusive gathering with the industry’s leading experts in avionics and cockpit technology, flight planning and weather resources, and aircraft manufacturing and sales. AOPA’s Aviator Showcase will feature an exhibit hall, aircraft display, and educational seminars presented by event sponsors. If you’re looking to upgrade or still searching for the perfect aircraft, local services such as paint shops, avionics manufacturers, and aircraft detailers will be there to help. You can also talk to aviation finance professionals, insurers, and dealers about buying the aircraft of your dreams.

Kick off the show on Thursday at 4 p.m. by enjoying happy hour with the exhibitors. Wander the exhibit hall and aircraft display and chat with industry experts and fellow aviators. Exhibit hours continue Friday 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. with educational seminars presented by event sponsors.

Register now to secure your spot for this exclusive event. Lunch will be available for purchase from local food trucks. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited, and no walk-up attendance will be permitted. Exhibitors will be offering exclusive show specials and other incentives only available to event guests. The Aviator Showcase will be held rain or shine; however, if we need to cancel for reasons beyond our control, registration fees will be refunded in full. Tickets cost $20.
