Dassault Falcon is delivering its first Falcon aircraft equipped with EASy II, an upgraded cockpit with synthetic vision, improved go-around capability, and a runway awareness and advisory system. The first aircraft to receive EASy II is the 4,750-nautical-mile-range Falcon 900LX.
There are two new communications features that provide a controller-pilot datalink communication that complies with Europe’s new datalink mandates. They will be available before the end of 2012.
EASy II will be certified on the Falcon 7X and the Falcon 2000LK will be certified by the end of 2012.
Overall, the entire Falcon fleet has flown 15 million hours. The leader is the Falcon 20 with 35,500 flight hours fleet-wide.
