New England Ninety-Nines offer flight training scholarships

The New England Section and the Eastern New England Chapter of the International Organization of Women Pilots (The Ninety-Nines) are offering flight training and education scholarships for men and women.

The Shirley Mahn Memorial Scholarship, offered by the New England Section, will award $1,700 to a man or woman who is a U.S. resident as well as a resident of New England, or studying in New England.

The Eastern New England Chapter is offering three scholarships, each valued at $1,500. The Jean Batchelder Honorary Scholarship is open to men and women who are residents of or studying in New England. The Ann Wood Kelly Memorial Scholarship is open to women who reside or study in New England. The William Bridge Scholarship is open to women who hold at least a private pilot certificate, reside or study in New England, and are training toward an advanced rating.
