A full range of seminars, opportunities to interact with the greater Midwest aviation community, top-notch keynote addresses, and discounted admission await AOPA members who plan ahead to attend the fifteenth annual Great Lakes Aviation Conference in Lansing, Michigan, Jan. 23 and 24, 2015.
AOPA is working to build close ties with the "premier aviation event in Michigan," which will be held at The Lansing Center. The event will feature approximately 100 exhibitors and is expected to draw an estimated 3,000 attendees.
Through a partnership arrangement with AOPA, a $10 discount on admission is available to AOPA members who register with this form.
Keynote addresses on Jan. 24 will be given by John W. “Jack” Harrington, an aviation attorney for 25 years, and award-winning aerobatic pilot Sean D. Tucker.
“The Great Lakes Aviation Conference continues to be the premier aviation event in Michigan,” said Bryan Budds, AOPA Great Lakes regional manager. "We look forward to deepening our relationship with the Conference and with the thousands of attendees present each year."
Budds will attend the conference, manning an AOPA booth to meet members and highlight the association's membership offerings. Attendees who visit the booth also will have a chance to compete for best landing honors on an AOPA Jay by Redbird.
