Final Exam
Question

Are there any leads on getting a loan to finish my commercial pilot certificate as a full-time student?
Answer
Students of all types who are AOPA members can apply for up to $100,000 for flight training from the AOPA Aviation Finance Co. The AOPA flexible aviation loan can be used for any flight school and any certificate or rating. You can get the details and qualification requirements and start an application online. Also, don't overlook your regular bank. Banks offer personal loans, as well as home equity loans and lines of credit, and may run "specials" from time to time. Interest rates may be very favorable for some loan types. Join the discussion >

This discussion is from our online Pilot Information Center, where you can ask questions, contribute answers, earn badges, and join our growing pilot community online. Did you know that student pilots who join AOPA are three times more likely to complete their flight training? Membership includes unlimited access to aviation information by phone (800-USA-AOPA, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time) or from AOPA Online.
