The AOPA Aviator Showcase is a single-day consumer-focused event designed to connect pilots and aircraft owners to the general aviation industry.
Join us for a high-quality, in-person buying experience with the industry’s leading experts in Fort Worth, Texas, at Fort Worth Alliance Airport (AFW) on October 1. We need volunteers:
- Airside operations. Marshalling and parking aircraft; greeting pilots and passengers; assisting in taking fuel orders. Must be a certificated pilot or student pilot.
- Showside support. Registering and greeting exhibitors and attendees; assisting with exhibitor move-in and load-out; assisting with safety and cleaning protocols.
Lunch is provided, and volunteers receive a T-shirt. After volunteers complete their shift, a refund for the attendance registration fee will be issued.
