Final Exam
Question

The regulation about flight reviews confuses me. What does "since the beginning of the 24th calendar month before the month in which that pilot acts as pilot in command…" mean? If I complete a flight review this month, when is the next one due?
Answer
The wording might seem confusing, but it means that if you complete a flight review this December, your next one is due by the end of December, two years from now.

This question and answer were provided by the aviation experts in AOPA's Pilot Information Center. Did you know that student pilots who join AOPA are three times more likely to complete their flight training?
