I am looking for ways to stay hydrated during long flights without restroom stops. Are there better ways to manage it than just not drinking coffee before flights?

Answer

Forgo coffee or tea before flight and take a few sips from a water bottle, just enough to quench your immediate thirst. You could also keep thirst at bay with hard candies. As long as your flights are of reasonable duration, you'll usually last. Read the full answer and join the discussion >
