Question of the Week
Question

My flying club has recently had some security issues with lock boxes, aircraft, and hangar doors being left unlocked or completely open. I'm looking for a resource to emphasize the need for securing our aircraft and hangar. Does AOPA have anything to help?
Answer
Yes. AOPA's General Aviation Security online course is a great resource. It should help emphasize to your club members the importance of securing aircraft and covers other security issues too. Please note that an AOPA website login is required to access the course.

This question and answer were provided by AOPA's Pilot Information Center. Got a question for our technical services staff? Contact AOPA.
