Scalable Safety Framework

The Scalable Safety Framework is designed to guide aviation operators through the basic development of a safety reporting program. Due to the complex nature of each individual operator the framework allows for a right sized approach. The course is designed to be conducted with all stakeholders including pilots, dispatch, schedulers, ground personnel, operations staff, and senior leaders. Ideally, the total time to complete the exercise is half a day assuming a medium sized operation.
